Partial Estimate No.I for the pavement Improvement on Clyde Street from Indiana Avenue to D bail Avenue ln accordance with the terms of the contract between the CitSr and the Reith Riley Construction Company, under Improvement Resolution No.2993. The Board signed and approved same in the amount of 1,303.65. This being the date set, hearings were had on the following assess - went rolls; Assessment roll for the sewer 'in 'wing Avenue from Leer. Street to Ernsperger �'treet under Improvement Resolution No.I9I4. Assessment roll for the sewer improvement in Eckman 1treet between west line of Lindenbergh Park and Miami Street under Improvement Resolution No.I973. Assessment roll for the sewer improvement in ?fain Street from 2nd. , alley north of Farneman Street to alley south of Dean Avenue under Improvement Resolution Tuo.1878. In all of the above named assessment rolls, n.o .remonstrators appear, ed and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being :Da.11y advised in the premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land primmarily assessed for said improvements have been benefited in the amounts shown on said assessment rolls. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said assessment rolls and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the pro- zeedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment rolls delivered to the Department of Finance. went rolls: This being the date set, hearings were had on the following assess Assessment roll for the pavement of Chapin Street from Indiana Ave- nue to Calvert street under Improvement Resolution No.I97I. Assessment roll for the pavement of 34orothy atreet from south line concrete pavement on Prairie Avenue to Ewing Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.2012. Assessment roll for the pavement on Miner Street from Notre Dame Avenue to Eddy Street under Improvement Resolution No.I947. Assessment roll for the pavement on Twenty-third Street from Mishawaka Avenue to a point 45 ft south of the center line of Kerslake Court projected !. under Improvement resolution No.I949. Assessment roll for the ravement on `!wenty-first street from Jeffer son Blvd., to 'dilson Street under Improvement Resolution No.2056. In all of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators appea ed and no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several lots and parcekAis of land primarily assessed for said improvements have been benefited in the amounts shown on said assessments rolls. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said assessment rolls and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment rolls delivered to the Department of Finance. The Board approved the contract with the 1'onroe Calculating Machine Company for the maintenance of the machine in the office of the City Controller. This being the date set, hearing was 'pad on assessment roll for the pavement on Lafayette Blvd., from Calvert street to Ewing.Avenue uhder Improvement Resolution No. I988. In the above Tamed assessment roll, otrrners of lots 2 to 7 inclusive Southlawn Addition, remonstratedeagainst the assessments for water connections as shown on primary assessment roll. The Board. now orders said assessment roll delivered to the department of Finance. This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the pavement on Stanfield Street from north line of Howard Street to the north line of St. Vincent Street under Improvement Resolution No.I995. In the above named assessment roll, remonstrators appeared but no11 written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts shown on said primary assessment roll. The Board, therefore, takes final action on said j assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the procee _ings closed.
