Romig, City Attorney, present. - Upon the advise of City attorney I. S. Romig, the Boarapproved' a Warranty deed from 4hit comb and Xeller and' Harry and Irma Polis .for part of derson Street, and hereby orders said deed recorded. Upon the advise of City Attorney, I. S. Romig, the Board approved; a Warranty deed from Alexis Coquillard and Mary Clark Coquillard and Joseph A. Coquillard for a portion of Corby Street and hereby orders said deed recorded. The Bo a�d signed the contract with C. E. Reesh for the local sewet in Elwood Avenue from Medora treet to Huey Street under Improvement Resolution No.2084, in the amount ofm$2,794.50. Improvement Resolution No.2IZI for the local sewer improvement in '' if Carlisle Street from Prairie Avenue to Indiana Avenue. (See files for copy of resolution.;) Improvement Resolution No.2115 for the pavement of the first i� alley north of LaSalle Avenue from LaPorte Avenue to Cottage Grove Avenue. (See files - for copy of resolution.) Improvement Resolution No.2IIM for the pavement of the first alley north of Angella Avenue from Portage Avenue to ffo odward Avenue. (See files for copy of resolution.) • In all of the above named improvement resolutions the p , Board, hereby orders that on the 8th., day of August, I928, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall at 7-I5 P. M., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property may be affected by said improvements and will decide whether the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvements will be equal to the estimated costs of same as reported by the City Engineer. The Board further orders that Rgt s of said hearings shall be published on the 2Ist ., day of July and on the 28th. , day of July, 1928, in the South Bend News Times and Tribune and that notices be mailed to -property owners according to law.
