<br />This being the date set, hearing was on the following assessment rolls-.,-'
<br />assessment roll for the pavement on Brookef iled 13treet from Humboldt
<br />Street to Vassar Avenue under Improvement -Resolution No.2031.
<br />Assessment roll for the pavement on college. Street from iIumbol.dt Street,
<br />to Vassar Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.2029.
<br />In both of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators appeared
<br />and no written remonstrance ias filed and the Board, being. fully advised in the -pre-
<br />mises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said
<br />improvements have been benefited in the amounts shown on said assessment, rolls.. The
<br />Board, therefore, takes files action on said assessment molls, filed July. IOt h. , . I928,.'
<br />and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification
<br />and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment rolls delivered to
<br />the Department of Finance.
<br />The ° Board signed the contract with Reith Riley. Construction Uompany for
<br />the improvement -n Miami ''treet under Improvement Resolution No.2.060 in 9e..amount of
<br />70,373.08. The Board also approved the construction bond of same for 501, of.the
<br />contract price signed by southern Surety Co.
<br />the Board signed the contract with J. J. Dunnegan for. the subtrunk
<br />sewer system improvement on Sheridan Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.2071-,
<br />in the amount of �34,290.00 '. The Board also approved the construction bond of _same
<br />for 50% of the contract price signed by Inland Bonding Co.
<br />The Board signed the c ont radt with Albert Comstruction 0o. , ._for.-_ the
<br />pavement in Lincoln r'anor, Haley's Lincoln Highway Addition and _K-aley.'s Second Lincoln,
<br />Highway Addition under Improvement Resolution No.2092, in the amount of $I50,937.I0..
<br />The Board also approved the construction bond of same for 50 % of the contract .price sig
<br />signed by Inland Bonding Co.
