130 Tuesday, June 26th. , 1928. <br />Board met in regular session at 9 A. IT. <br />All members present. <br />Yinutes of meetings held June I9th. , June 20th. , and June 25tY <br />1928, read and approved. <br />The Board signed the contract with the Albert Construction <br />Co., for the pavement and sewer improvement in Lincoln Manor Third Addition Under <br />Improvement Resolution T?o.208I in the amount of 43,I89.95. The Board also approved, <br />the construction bond of same signed by the Inland Bonding Co. <br />The Board approved the contractors bond of I,000.00 in favor <br />of Arthur J. Piechocki. <br />- The Board approved the renewal certificate of I. W. Stples <br />for 1,000.00 signed by the American Surety Company of New York. <br />The Board approved the Guarantee bond of George A. Harrop <br />for the° Wilber Street sewer under Improvement Resolution No.I939 signed by the <br />Fid1lity and Deposit Company of I=aryland in the amount of $921.48. <br />The Board approtred the recommendation of 14m. F. .walls for <br />the installation of a 4000 lumen lamp mast arm construction on Railroad Street <br />between Taylor and Scott Street at a cost of .45.00. t <br />The Board approved the assignment of the contract for the <br />construction of sewer in Fox Street from Southeast Trunk Sewer to Sampson Street <br />under Improvement Resolution No.I987, by John F. Hipscind to Edward Di Julio and <br />also accepted the new construction bond for same signed by the 1'=aryland Casualty <br />Co., for I00$ of the contract price which is 2$33I.90. <br />The Board approved the Partial estimate No.I for the light <br />traffic sheet asphalt pavement on College treet from 3.wood Avenue to yeller Street <br />under Improvement Resolutinn No.I983 as submitted by City Engineer, H. G. gray. <br />The Board signed sari e in the amount of 12,285.02. <br />This being the date set, bids were received, opened and read <br />for the improvement of Tfiami Street under Improvement Resolution NO.2060. Walz <br />Plat dedicating streets and alleys in the proposed plat of John E.
