All members present, i This being the date set, no bids ,were received for the pavement of the west one half of 3ogan Street from Mishawal-ca venue to the north end of St. Joseph River Bridge under Improvement Resolution No.2063. it In the matter of Improvement Resolution No.2063 for the pavement of the west one half of Logan Street from ITishawaka Avenue to the north end of St. Joseph River Bridge, the Board hereby rescinds all former action taken on same and declares said resolution No.2063 null and void and .the proceedings taken on said resolution closed. r City 1gineer, H. Vfiay, filed plans, specifications and estimate, and the Beard adopted said plans and specifications together with a resolution for the pavement of the west one .half of Logan Street from 11ishawaka Avenue to the north end of the St. .Joseph River 3ridge under Improvement Resolution No.2i00. In the above named improvement resolution No. 2I00, the Board hereby orders that on the 25th. , day of July, 1928, this Ba-ard will Meet in their I office in the City Hall at 7-I5 P. Y. , to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property is liable to be assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the benefits to the several lots and parcel s of land liable to be assessed for said improvement will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City 41gineer. The Board further orders that notices of said hearing shall be publish ';,f ed on the 6th. , day of July and on the I3th. , day of July, 1928, in the South Bend News Times and Tribune afieording to law and that notices be mailed to property owners 11 according to law.
