<br />Bids having been received for the pavement improvement in Northwest
<br />Addition under ImTrovement Resolution No.206I, the Board his 5th., day of Jane, 1928,
<br />hereby awards the contract for said improvement to Reith t 'ley Construction Co. , at
<br />'their Iww bid of 54,904.10 for sheet asphalt light traffic pavement.
<br />Bids having been received for the pavement and sewer improvement
<br />on O'Brien 'treet from north line of Marquette Park Ist. , Addition to Hamilton Street
<br />under Improvement Resolution P1o.2082, the Board this 5th. , day of Jae, 1928, hereby
<br />awards the contract for said improvement to ffilliston Construction �o., at their bid

<br />between Olive Street and Beidix Drive under Imove
<br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that
<br />on the 20th. , day of June, 1928, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall
<br />at 7-I5 P. M. , to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has
<br />been assessed for said improvement and will decide whtthrr the several lots and parcels
<br />of land have been or will be benefited in the amounts named on said assessment roll or
<br />in a meat er or less sum than that shown on said roll. The .Board further orders that
<br />notices of said hearing shall be published in the South Bend News Times and ribune
<br />on the 8th. , day of June and on the I5th. , day of June, 1928, according to law.
<br />City ngineer, H. G. Wray, filed plans and the Board Adopted a
<br />resolution for the vacation of a portion of Pine `'treet under Vacation esolution No.
<br />2058. (Insert see files for copy of resolution.)
<br />In the above named Vacation Resolution, the Board hereby orders that
<br />on the 27th., day of June, I928, this Board will reet in their office in the City Hall
<br />at 7-I5 P. Y., to hear and receive remonstrances from all -persons whose property may
<br />be affected by said vacation. The Board further orders that notices . of said hearing
<br />shall, be published in the South Bend News Times and Tribune on the 6th. , day of June
<br />and on the I5th. , day of June, I928, according to law.
<br />Claims amounting to 426.96 signed and approved by the Board.
<br />The Boa rd approved a claim of the Mutual Detective Agency in the
<br />amount of 4705.00 to be paid out of the Track Elevation Fund and hereby orders the
<br />controller to pay same.
