<br />Assessment roll for the pavement of the alley between Lots 129 and 130

<br />under Improvement Resolution N0,1948.
<br />Ass ssment roil for the pavement of the alley north of Peashway Street
<br />from St. Joseph �treet to oster ztreet under Improvement Resolution No.2002.
<br />Assessment roll for the pavement of the alley west of. Maple Street from
<br />Napier Street to alley north of Jefferson Blvd., under Improvement Resolution No.I959.
<br />Assessment roll for the pavem-,nt of the alley north of Napoleon Blvd.-,
<br />from beeper 4venue to Ist. , alley east of btanfield Street under Improvement Resolution
<br />No.1911.
<br />In all of the above named Assessment rolls, no remonstrators appea-ed
<br />and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the
<br />premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in
<br />the amounts named on said rolls. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action
<br />on said assessment rolls, filed May I5th. , and laa.y I6th. , I928, and declares same
<br />in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification. The Board now
<br />orders said assessment rolls delivered to the Department of Finance..
<br />This being the date set, hearings were bad on the following improvement
<br />resolutions:
<br />Improvement Resolution No.2059 for the pavement of Pulaski Street from
<br />Danham Street to Sample Street.
<br />Improvement Resolution No.2033 for the pavement of Johnson Street from
<br />south line of Vassar Avenue running east from said Johnson Street, to Elwood Ave.
<br />Improvement Resolution No.2027 for the pavement of Adams Street from
<br />Lincoln Way West to north line of Humboldt Street.
<br />In all of the above named improvement resolutions, no remonstrators
<br />appeared and no written remonstrance was filed, and the Board, being fully advised
<br />In the premises, finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land
<br />liable to be assessed for said improvements, will be equal to the estimated costs
<br />of same as reported by the City Iligineer. The . Board, therefore, takes final action
<br />on said improvement resolutions, declaring same in all things ratified, confirmed
<br />and approved, without modification.
<br />This being the date set, hearinas had on. Improvement Resolution No.
<br />2060 for the widening and pavement of Ifiami twweet from the southerly vurb line
<br />of Lincoln Way East to the north curb line of Ewing Avenue, except a portion from the
<br />south line of the first alley south of Lincoln iiay East, produced to the south line
<br />of Pennsylvania Avenue, produced.
<br />In the above named improvement resolution, remonstra tors appeared but
<br />no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises,;'
<br />finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land, liable to be assess-
<br />ed for said improvement will be equal to the estimated cost of same as repo ted by
<br />the City- Engineer. The Board, therefore, decides to over rule said remonstrance
<br />and declares said Improvement Resolution No.2060 in all things ratified, confirmed.
<br />and approved without modification.
<br />This being the date set hearing was had on Improvement Resolution
<br />No.2035 for the pavement of Q'Brieft Street from Lincoln +lay West to. north property
<br />line of Elwood Avenue.
<br />In the above named improvement resolution, remonstrators appeared but
<br />no written remonstrance was filed. The Board; however, decides to continue hearing
<br />on said improvement resolution until June 6th. , 1928.
<br />City Engineer, H. G. Tray, filed plans, specifications and estimate
<br />and the Board adopted a resolution for the seer and pavement improvement i3d Fifth
<br />Plat Summit Place Addition under Improvement esolution Y .2078. At least 55%
<br />of the lot owners having petitioned the Board for said improvements, the Board
<br />hereby orders that on the 6th. , day of June, I928, this Board will meet in.their
<br />office in the City Hall at 7-I5 P. IT., to hear and receive remonstrances from all
<br />persons whose prop,erte may be affected by said proceedings and will decide whether
<br />the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for aaid improvements
<br />will be benefited in proportion to the estimated cost of same. as reperted by the.
<br />City Engineer. The Board further orders that notice of said hearing shall be
<br />published on the 26th., day of May, 1923, in the South Bend News jimes and Tribune
<br />according to law.
<br />Cit4'r Engineer, H. G. Wray, filed plans, specifications and estime;tes
<br />sand the Board adopted the following improvement resolutions:
<br />Improvement Resolution No.2075 for the grading improvement o.n Vasher
<br />venue from Michigan Street to the east line o,f the alley east ofichigan Street.
