<br />pavement with which said street shall be improved and sets the. I5th. , day of May
<br />1928, as the time when said Board shall either pass on petitions for a change in the.

<br />In both of t ze above named assessment rolls, the Board, hereby orders .that
<br />on the 16th., day .of May, I928, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall

<br />, to hear and receive remonstrances from al sons .whose property has
<br />been assessed for said improvements and will decide whe e several lots have been
<br />or will be benefited in the amounts named on said assess oll or in a greater or
<br />less amount. the Board further orders that notices of said hearings shall be published
<br />in the South Bend News Times and tribune on the 4th. , day of May and on the IIth. , day
<br />of May, I928, according to law.

<br />Improvement Resolution No.2035 for thepavement of O'Drien street from
<br />Lincoln ay Vilest to north property rt line of Elwood Avenue. P y (See files for resolution.)
<br />Improvement Resolution 'ro.2033 for the pavement _of Johnson street from
<br />south line of Vassar Avenue running east from said Johnson 6treet to Elwood Avenue.

<br />In all of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board, hereby orders
<br />that on the 23rd. , day of May, I928, t is Board rill meet in their office at 7-15 P.M.
<br />to hear and receive remonst--ances from all persons whose property may be assessed for
<br />said improvements and vill decide whether the benefits to the several lots and parcels j
<br />of land liable to be assessed for said improvemen s will be equal to the estimated costs;';
<br />of same as reported by the City Engineer. The Board further- orders that notices of
<br />said h aring shall be published on the 4th. , day of May and on the Ilth. , day of May ,
<br />19,28, in ;,he New Times and Tribune according to law and that notices be mailed to
<br />property owners according to law.
