Burns and others, submit the following report: <br />"We met at the Auditor's office in the Court House in the City <br />og South Bend, Indiana, on the I5th. , day of March 1928, and after having taken an <br />oath to faithfully discharge the duties assigned to us, proceeded to view said propos <br />ed highway in the manner as by law provided; and did view, makk and lay out said <br />proposed new highway upon the following described route, to it: That said proposed <br />new highway shall begin on the center line of Dixie Highway, (Leeper Road) in said <br />Wit.
