<br />Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P. T-i All members present..
<br />This being the date set, hearing; was had on the assessment roll for "
<br />the sewer in'Anderson Avenue from Fly*good .venue to T4Cinfr street under Improvement esolu-
<br />tion 110.I962.
<br />In the above name(" assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no
<br />written remonstrance was filed, and the Board being fully advised in the 'premises,
<br />finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improve-
<br />'! ment have been benefited in the amounts named on said assessment roll. The Board,
<br />therefore, decides to take final action on said assessment roll and declares same in
<br />all things'ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. The Board
<br />now order said assessment roll delivered to the -Department of Finance.
<br />This being the date set, hearing Sias had on Improvement Resolution
<br />No.2006 for the construction of grade, curb and walk on Dale Avenue from south curb
<br />.of Ewing Avenue to north curb line of Eckman 6treet.
<br />In the above .named improvement resolution, remonstrators appeared and
<br />a written remonstrance was filed and the Board, bbing "ally advised in the premises
<br />finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assess7ed
<br />for said improvement will be equal to the estimated cost of said improvement as report
<br />ed by the City Engineer. The Board, therefore, decides to over rule said remonstrance
<br />and declares said improvement resolution in all things ratified, confirmed and appr ov-
<br />ed.The Board now orders said remonstrance referred to City Engineer for check as to
<br />resident property owners.
<br />This . being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement Resolution
<br />No 2008 for the pavement of the alley west of Cottage Grove Avenue from van<Buren Street'
<br />to California Avenue.
<br />In the above named improvement resolution, remonstrators appeared and
<br />a written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised -.-n the premises,
<br />finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed
<br />for said improvement will be equal: to the estimated cost of same as reported by the
<br />City Engineer. The Board, therefore, decides to over rule said remonstrance and
<br />declares said improvement resolution in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />The Board now orders said remonstrance referred to City Engineer for check as to.
<br />resident property owners.

<br />to Notre Dame "venue.
<br />In the above named improvement resolution, remonstrators appeared and
<br />a written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises,
<br />finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed
<br />for said improvement will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported.by the
<br />City Engineer. The Board, therefore, decides to over rule said ^emonstran.ce and declares
<br />said improvement resolution No.2007, in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />The Board now orders said remonstrance referred to City Engineer for check as to resi-
<br />dent property owners.
<br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following improve-

<br />Improvement Resolution No.I998 for the pavement of William ' treet from
<br />Indiana Avenue to Calvert Qtreet. ( See files for resolution.)
<br />Improvement Resolution No.I999 for the side walk on the 6outh side
<br />of Ewing Avenue from Hoke Otreet to Prnsperger i'treet. (See files for resolution.)
<br />Improvement Resolution No.2002 for the pavement of the alley north of
<br />Peashway Street from St. Joseph street to Forster Street. (bee files for resolution.)
<br />!; Improvement Resolution 1'o.2003 for the grade, curb and walk on the
<br />hest Side of Fellows Street from Fairview Avenue to Irvington Avenue. (See files for

<br />i Improvement Resolution No.2004 for the construction of walk on the
<br />west side of Kaley Street from north curb on Linden Avenue to first alley north of
<br />Linden Avenue. (See files for resolution.)
<br />In all of the above named improvement resolutions, ro remonstrators
<br />appeared and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in
<br />the premises, finds that the benefits to the several Icts and parcels of land liable
<br />to be assessed for said improvements, will be equal to the estimated costs of same
<br />as reported by the Oity Engineer. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action
<br />on said improvements resolutions, declaring same in things, ratified, confirmed and
<br />approved.
<br />The Board now orders in the matters of improvement resolutions numbered
<br />1998,I999,2002,2003 and 2004, that on the IOth., day of April, 1928, this Board will
<br />receive sealed proposals for the construction of said improvements up to I0.00 A. Y.
