<br />Board shall either act on peitions for a change of the type of pavement other than
<br />that specified in the preliminary order, award the contra ct or reject all bids.

<br />Columbia Street from Lincoln Way East to the Ist., alley north under Improvement
<br />Resolution No.I906.
<br />j In both of the above named assessment rolls, the Board hereby orders that
<br />on the 3rd. , day of April, I928, this Board will meet at I0:00 A. MI., in their office
<br />i:4 the City Hall to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has
<br />been as-essed for said improvements and will decide whether the several lots have been
<br />or will be benefited in the amounts named on said assessment rolls or in a greater or
<br />less amount than that named on said assessment rolls.
