<br />Street to the south line of Ist. , alley north of Garst Street Sc from the north line
<br />of Garst Street to the south line o1 Sample Street under Vacation Resolution No.I859.!
<br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and
<br />no written remonstrance was filed and the Board being ful ly advised in the premises,.
