<br />to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed.

<br />primarily assessed for said improvement, have been or will be benefited in the amounts;
<br />named on said assessment roll or in a . greater or less amount.

<br />City controller, Mr. Rudolph Ackerman, filed the follarring order
<br />regarding expenditures for traveling; expenses, which was ordered placed on file,,:'. by
<br />the Board:
<br />11By order of the auditors of the State Board of Accounts no warrants for
<br />traveling expenses of members of Boards or city employees will hereafter be drawn by
<br />the City Controller ubless accompanies by a statement giving date of minutes containing;
<br />authorization for such expenditure and indicating the purpose or necessity for such
<br />trip. Vouchers must be accouhpanied by receipts for each item or expense incurred,
<br />except railroad fare, and no item will be allowed unless accompanied by such receipt.
<br />Other kinds of incidental expenditures such, for instance, as purchase
<br />of street car tickets or any expenses of employees, aut'lo-rized by Boards must be
<br />accompanied by receipts or other definite evidence of the expenditure.

<br />Hazelton Second Addition is a Subdivision located in the Northeast
<br />corner of the Southeast quarter (') of Section Fourteen (I4), Township Thirty-eight
<br />(38) North, Range Two (2) East, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter (4) of
<br />Section Fourteen (I4), Township Thirty- eight (38) North, Range Two
<br />(2) East; thence West Nine Hundred and Forty and six -tenths (840.61)
<br />feet; thence South Eight Hundred and Forty-nine and nine -tenths (849.91)
<br />feet; thence East Nine Hundred and Fort/ -five and Three -tenths (945.3! )
<br />feet, to the East line of said Section Fourteen (I4); thence North
<br />Eight Hundred and Fifty-eight (8581) feet to the place of beginning.
<br />The sizes of the lots and the widths of the streets and alleys are indi
<br />sated on the Plat in feet. The streets and alleys are hereby dedicated to the public
