Vouchers must be accouhpanied by receipts for each item or expense incurred, <br />except railroad fare, and no item will be allowed unless accompanied by such receipt. <br />Other kinds of incidental expenditures such, for instance, as purchase <br />of street car tickets or any expenses of employees, aut'lo-rized by Boards must be <br />accompanied by receipts or other definite evidence of the expenditure. <br />si gne d <br />R.
