<br />Upon the recommendation of City Engineer, H.G. Wray, the Board
<br />approved the grade of the alley north of '�lahhington Avenue from Esther Street to Green -
<br />lawn Avenue.

<br />3rd., Plat of -nmmit Place.
<br />In the above named improvement resolution, no remonstrators
<br />appeared and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the
<br />premises, finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be
<br />assessed for said improvement will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported
<br />by the City Engineer, The Board, therefore, takes final action on said Improvement
<br />Resolution No.I997, declaring same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved, with-
<br />out modification.
<br />In the matter of Improvement Resolution No.I997 for the construct-
<br />ion of a sewer in Sample Jtreet from Kenmore Itreet to center line of Lot 991 in 3rd.

<br />further orders that notices of -said proposals shall, be published on the 8th. , day of
<br />March and on the I5th. , day of Yjarch 1928 in the South Bend Thews Times and Tribune.
<br />In the matter of Improvement Resolution No.I878 for the construct-
<br />ion of a local sewer in Main Street- from 2nd. , alley north of Farneman Street to alley
<br />south of Dean street, the Board hereby orders that on the 20th. , day of Varch 1928, this
