I 612 'he cost for the- construction of sewer in Twyckenham Hills Addition, "Section H" as submitted by William S. !Moore, Engineers and Architects, on behalf of Place and Company has been accepted by the Board and made part' !of the contract for building of such sewers between the City of South Bend and Place And Company. The City ;agrees to collect from Marshall Heights Addition a sum of $1604.86 as a charge representing their proportiod- late share of cost of said sewer which will permit Marshall Heights Addition to connect their sewers into the sub -trunk sewer in Springbrook Drive. The City will then pay said sum of $1604.86 to Palce and Company. Mr. Edmond Everett Boudreau, 618 E. Wenger Street, a taxi -cab driver, upon recommendation and evidence as j !submitted to the Board by the Police Department that he was arrested while on the job, the Board.now moves !that said Boudreau`s taxi -cab license be temporarily suspended as of this date. ;Ernie Miller, Traffic Engineer, requests permission to proceed with the installation of a traffic signal at ;the intersection of Miami and Ewing Streets. Permission granted. j The Contracts for the Logan Street improvement from McKinley Avenues south to Jefferson Boulevard are hereby approvd and signed by the Board this 8th day of July, 1957. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 2843, 1957 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FINAL ESTIMATE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that the Final Estimate and Primary Assessment Roll submitted to the Board by the City Civil Engineer or his duly author- 1 ized representative on this 8th day of July, 1957, on the improvement known as the Oakcrest Drive -Sylvan ; Glen Local Combined Sewer as described in Improvement Resolution No. 2843, 19569 passed by the Board of Public Works and Safety on August 69 19562 and confirmed by said Board on September 109 1956, be and the same is hereby adopted, and the Clerk of the Board is hereby requested to give notice of the hearing of Special Benefits on said Improvement, as required by Section N. SABO, CLERK ;i NOTICE OF HEARING SPECIAL BENEFITS ON SEWER IMPROVEMENT 'i Notice is hereby given that the following sewer Improvement has been completed and the general character of'j the improvement, the street, alley or public place on which it has been made, and the terminal points there of, are as follows: Local combined sewer in Oakcrest Drive from 35th Street to Sylvan Glen and in Sylvan Glen from Oakcrest Drive to McKinley Avenue. There is on file in the Office of the City Controller of the City of South Bend, Indiana, an assessment rol with the names of the owners and description of property subject to be assessed with the amount of the prim, facia assessment, and can be seen in the Office of the City Controller. The Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, at the Office of the Board in said City, will on the 22no day of July, 1957 at 10:00 A.M. receive and hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed against their property respectively, on said roll and will determine the question as to whether such lots or tract of land have been or will be benefited by said improvement to the amounts named on said roll, or is greater or less than that named on said roll or inany sum.
