Also, house will be removed from said location by June 17, 1957. The bid of Worden Brothers being the highest is hereby accepted by the Board as of this 3rd day of June, 147. RELEASE if THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 3rd day of june, 1957, by and between I:,rs. Lydia Johnson and the`; ,Uunicipal City of South Bend, iNITNESSETH: that 14HEREAS, the Municipal City of South Bend is about to commence the sidening of Eddy Street in the City of j :.'.South Bend, near the real property described as 322 Eddy Street, South Bend, Indiana, and owned by said Mrs. Lydia Johnson, and WHEREAS, Mrs. Lydia Johnson, in consideration of the Municipal City of South Bend's primise hereinafter re cited, is desirous of releasing said unicipal City of South Bend from all claims which have -or may arise in the completion of improvement or repairs to the property of said A,frs. Lydia Johnson at 322 North Eddy Street. NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of the payment of One Hundred Eighty-four and no/000($184.00) Dollars to Mrs. Lydia Johnson by the Municipal City of South Bend, for herself, her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, Lydia Johnson does hereby release and discharge the Municipal City of South Bend, of and from any and all claims which she now has or which may hereafter arise to the aforesaid property caused by, or incident to the sidening of Eddy Street, and any and all other damages of any kind or nature whatsoever that may be done to the aforesaid property by reason thereof.
