ADDITIONAL COMMENTS Installation: • Installation is included and will be performed by Culligan. Culligan will provide equipment delivery and will set equipment in place. Culligan will attach inlet, outlet and drain to supplied connections. Electrical service must also be available for connection to equipment. • Installation service may be arranged through Culligan. Please schedule installations 7 days in advance. • Installation, as quoted, is scheduled during normal business hours (8 AM to 5 PM) • Please contact me/us directly for more information. Start-up and Training: Start-up and training is available upon request. Salt Delivery: • The initial salt fill shall include 900 pounds of salt delivered by Culligan to the job site. • Culligan offers routine salt delivery. Our representative will deliver and load the required amount of manufacturer recommended salt into the unit. Culligan will also perform a 10-point check of the unit each time salt is delivered. Pricing varies with volume usage. • Culligan can provide you scheduled salt delivery. Please see me for a salt quote. Submittals: • Provided upon your request, • Product submittal documents, subject to specifying engineer approval, will be made available upon your request. Emergency service is available 24 hours a day, seven days per week. Emergency service rates apply. • Operational, maintenance and replacement requirements are essential for this product to perform properly.
