Any other abnormal operation will not be covered in this warranty. <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />Normal or special maintenance items such as oils, coolants, fuels, fluids, tires, belts, hoses, filters, air <br />cleaners, and light bulbs supplied in connection with goods or services provided by Lindco, are not <br />covered under this warranty. Electrical and hydraulic components are not to be disassembled without the <br />express written permission of Lindco. The manufacturer's model, serial number and date of installation <br />must accompany all defective parts returned. Any parts returned for warranty must be returned with <br />freight prepaid. <br />If Lindco authorizes the buyer or a thirdparty to re air replace or redo the defective parts instead o <br />Lindco doing such work itself The buyer shall be invoiced for replacement parts. Credit will be P,even <br />pending return o de ective parts, and tvarrantp issued hy manufacturer. <br />In no event will Lindco be liable whether in tort, contract, or otherwise, for any bodily injury, death, or <br />property damage resulting from or in any way arising out of any goods or services provided by Lindco or <br />heir sales, used or manufactured. In no event, shall Lindco be liable for any incidental or consequential <br />damage, losses or expenses. <br />Procedures Lor warranty claims noti ications and warranty charge backs. Ally claim must be <br />accompanied with the folloivinff information before you call. <br />1. Copy of Lindco invoice and location equipment was installed <br />2. Date of purchase <br />3. Description of problem with product <br />4. Vehicle Identification Number, model and serial number of equipment <br />5. Documented photographs or inspection by Lindco personnel or their party representing Lindco. <br />6. If applicable, written authorization to perform repairs given by Lindco. <br />7.
