December 12, 2017 <br />PART 11 <br />PLAN & EQUIPMENT QUESTIONNAIRE <br />Northern Construction Services, Corp will self -perform all work utilizing company <br />owned equipment with the following exceptions: <br />a) Abonmarche Consultants, Inc. will provide layout and staking services. <br />b) Traffic Control Specialist, Inc. will provide construction signing, barricades and <br />pavement markings. <br />c) Slussers Green Thumb, Inc. will provide sod installation and watering. <br />d) Kachur Tree Services will provide tree removal <br />Ready Mix concrete will be supplied by Kuert Concrete Inc. <br />
