Ms. Fritzberg seconded the <br />motion which carried. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Dorau and carried, the following traffic <br />control devices were approved: <br />NEW INSTALLATION: Handicapped Accessible Parking Space Sign <br />LOCATION: 2705 Frederickson Street <br />REMARKS: All criteria has been met <br />TEMPORARY RESERVED HANDICAPPED PARKING: <br />APPLICANT: Michael Hamann <br />LOCATION: Outside County City Bldg., North Side of Jefferson, East of <br />Lafayette; <br />REMARKS: All criteria has been met; December and January only <br />APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO <br />REMONSTRATE —17390 DARDEN ROAD — WATER <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to <br />Remonstrate as submitted by Mr. Joseph Raymond, 17590 Darden Road, South Bend, IN 46635. <br />The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into the public water system of <br />the City, to provide water service to the above referenced property at 17390 Darden Road (Key # <br />002-2176-8432), the Raymond's waive(s) and release(s) any and all right to remonstrate against <br />or oppose any pending or future annexation of the property by the City of South Bend. <br />Therefore, Ms. Maradik made a motion that the Consent be approved. Ms. Dorau seconded the motion, which carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Mr. Murray Miller, Local Union No. 645 asked what the Ziker Sample Street Development <br />agreement was regarding.
