Permission granted. <br />Permission is hereby granted to the Association of Commerce for the closing of Main Street between <br />s <br />;Washington and Jefferson Streets on the 21st day of November, 1956 from 4:00 P.M. to 5:30 P.M. for their <br />'annual Thankful Community Program and also permission is granted to said Association for their annual parade <br />of the arrival of Santa Claus to be held on Friday, November 23, 1956 commencing at 9 :00 A.M. The Clerk I <br />,of the Board is authorized to clear said matters with the Traffic Division of the Police Department, the <br />('Traffic Engineering Department, and also, the Street Department. Permission is further granted to the 11 <br />(..Association of Commerce to place Christmas Decoration in front of the City Hall.'> €j <br />i The Board hereby approves the plat of William S. Moore submitted to the Board of the Pastor's Addition. <br />Ito the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana which reads as follows: <br />PASTOR'S PLAT is located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 179 Township 37, Range North, 3 East, <br />;South Bend, St. Joseph County Indiana and is a replat of Lot No. 379 Ford's Sub -division; also Lots 82 to <br />.'89 inclusive in Riverdale Second Pla#, vacated Thirty Sixth Street West half of vacated alley on East Side <br />and East half of vacated alley on West side, also the land lying immediately South of the Southerly line of <br />Riverdale Second Plat and the Northerly line of St. Joseph River, more particularly described as follows: <br />To Wit. <br />Beginning at a point on the South line of North Side Boulevard, 186 feet West of <br />the East Line Section 17, Township 37 North Range 3 East (center line of Logan <br />Street); thence South 89 degrees 42 minutes and 48 seconds West along the South <br />line of said North Side Boulevard, a distance of 368 feet; thence South Zero de- <br />grees, 3 minutes and 34 seconds East a distance of 389.10 feet the northerly edge <br />of St. Joseph River; thence up stream North 66 degrees, Fifty Nine minutes and 10 <br />seconds East along said St. Joseph River a distance of 199.76 feet, thence North <br />62 degrees, 36 minutes and 28 seconds East along Northerly edge of St. Joseph River <br />a distance of 207.10 feet, thence North Zero degrees and Zero minutes, a distance <br />of 200 feet to the South line of Northside Boulevard, the place of beginning. <br />The Plat contains 4 lots numbered from one to four inclusive. The size of the lots <br />and width of Northside Boulevard are markded in feet and fractions thereof. <br />The easements shown on plat are reserved for the installation and maintenance of <br />Public Utilities.
