Anderson Company, 1131 Sunnymede Avenue, South Bend, Indiana Contractor, for the Construction of the,i j Class C type 1 (6 concrete) and Portland Cement Concrete Curb improvement in 29th Street from the North1 property line of Northside Blvd. to the South property line of Pleasant Street under Improvement Resolution No. 2831, 19569 has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for this project. Smith NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 28469 1956 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, j Indiana, that it is deemed necessary to make the following described public improvement in the City of South • Bend, Indiana, authorized by the following numbered Improvement Resolution, passed by said Board on the li 27th day of August, 1956. Improvement Resolution No. 28469 19569 for the improvement of South Lake Street from the Nort line of Jefferson Blvd. to the South line of Washington Street by draining, grading and paving with a Clas "C" Pavement (Types 1 to 4). All works done in the making of said described public improvement shall be in accordance withl the terms and condition of Improvement Resolution No. 2846, 19569 passed by the Board of Public Works and Safety on the above named day, and the Profiles, Drawings, Plans, General Details, Specifications and Es- i timates to be adopted by the Board pf Public Works & Safety of said City, upon the final adoption and con-1 firmation of said Resolution and placed on file in the office of the Board of Public Works and Safety of said City. The Board of Public Works and Safety will meet in its office in the City Hallon the 17th day of September 1956 at the hour of 9:00 A.M. (CST) for the purpose of hearing and considering all remon- strances which may have been filed or which may be presented and will hear all persons interested or whos property is affected by said proposed improvement, and will decide whether the benefit that will accrue t the property abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvement and to said City, will be equal to or ex- ceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvement as estimated by the City Civil Engineer.
