Eddy Street Commons Planned Unit Development (d) Any wall mounted banner signs which projects into or over a public right-of--way shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Public Works; (e) Configuration and Placement on Buildings -All wall mounted banner signs: (i) shall be of the same dimensions; and, (ii) shall be placed at the same relative height and location on all buildings; (f) Content -Wall mounted banner signs may announce various special events or seasons to be celebrated at Eddy Street Commons, in the City of South Bend or at the University of Notre Dame. The names and logos of sponsors of these special events shall be permitted to occupy up to 50% of any wall mounted banner. (3) Street Light Pole Banners -Area 1. Signs shall be permitted on street light poles located in the right-of--way of Eddy Street and Angela Boulevard / Edison Road, subject to the approval of the Board of Public Works and the following regulations: (a) Street light pole banner signs shall be mounted to the light poles with upper and lower horizontal supports; (b) Maximum Individual Sign Surface Area -Individual street light pole banner signs shall not exceed the maximum dimensions of three and one- halffeet in width by eight feet in height (3 '/2 ft. X 8 ft.); (c) Configuration and Placement on Street Light Poles -All individual street light pole banner signs: (i) shall be of the same dimensions; and, (ii) shall be placed at the same relative height and location on all street light poles; (d) Number -Each street light pole may contain two (2) banner signs; and, (e) Content -Street light pole banner signs may announce various special events or seasons to be celebrated at Eddy Street Commons, in the City of South Bend or at the University of Notre Dame.
