Pam said the bill asks for the appropriation of $123,135 <br />in Emergency Shelter Grant funds. This program was discussed with the Council at a <br />prior meeting on September 21St, when the 2010 CD Action Plan was presented. Four <br />separate agencies would benefit from the dollars. All appropriate public hearings <br />required for the use of these funds have been completed. Councilmember White asked a <br />question regarding specific dollars available then made a motion to send the bill to full <br />Council favorably. Catherine Andres offered a second and all affirmed. <br />
