ZIENTARA <br />Novem~e lr 8, 2009 <br />Mr. Derek Dieter <br />President, South Bend Common Council <br />4th Floor, County-City Building <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Re: An Ordinance for Budget Transfers of Various Departments within the City of South <br />Bend <br />Dear President Dieter: <br />Because unforeseen circumstances have developed since the adoption of the City of <br />South Bend's 2009 budget which was approved by the Common Council in Ordinances #9874-08 <br />and 9875-08, it is now necessary to increase and reduce appropriations within various <br />Departments of the General Fund and other Funds of the City of South Bend. Attached is an <br />ordinance for this purpose together with an attachment providing details to all of the increases <br />and reductions.
