ZIENTARA <br />CONTROLLER <br />November 18, 2009 <br />Mr. Derek Dieter <br />President, South Bend Common Council <br />4`h Floor, County-City Building <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Re: An Ordinance Appropriating Additional Monies within Various Enterprise Funds of the <br />City <br />Dear President Dieter: <br />Since the time the City's 2009 budget was passed on November 10, 2008 (Ordinance <br />#9874-08), additional unanticipated expenses have arisen which require the appropriation of <br />additional funds. The attached ordinance appropriates a total $529,041.00 from various Funds, <br />i.e., Water Works Sinking Fund (#625), Sewer Insurance Fund (#640), Sewage Works Operation <br />Fund (#641), Project Releaf Fund (#655), and Century Center (#670).
