Rr .Cnn IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NUMBER 2829 IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT After due investigation of all bids and being dully advised on the premises, the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, decides that the bid of the Reed Construction Co., Inc., 2022 N.-Main St.., Yisha.waka, Indiana for the constru6- tion of the improvement Resolution No. 2829, 1956, is the lowest and best bid, and that the contract to do said work be awarded to the Reed Construction Company, Inc., 2022 N. Main I Street, Mishawaka, Indiana. A petition was received from Theda E.
