Army appeared before the Board with ref- <br />erence to request permission to operate a sound truck in the vicinity of the five high <br />schools (John Adams, Washington, Riley, Central, and St. Joseph) between the period of <br />May 15 to May 30, 1956 starting at 3:15 P.1W. (DST). Permission granted in conformance <br />with Chapter 18, Section 13 of the City Code. <br />• <br />The time now being 10:00 A.M. (DST) it was so announced and the bids for the Im <br />movement Resolution No. 2831 for the Twenty -Ninth Street Improvement were opened. Proofa <br />of publication in the South Bend Tribune on the 20th and 27th days of April, 1956 with an, <br />affidavit signed by C. G.
