<br />A letter was received from the City Plan Commission recommending the vacation of the
<br />alley south of and parallel to Lincolnway East, lying generally between the easternmost
<br />Point of Kreighbaum Park and the south line of Sample Street extended and it was referred
<br />I' ,,to the Engineering Department for further investigation and report.
<br />A letter was received from the City Plan Commission recommending the vacation of
<br />lithe alley extending north and south along the east side of Lot No. 1, of Kaleyls Lincoln
<br />!:Highway Addition between Lincolnway and Bonds Avenue and it was referred to the Engineer-

<br />located in the driveway of 117 East Washington Street, was submitted to the Board. Referred
<br />to the Traffic Department.
<br />The request of the Green Arrow Parking Company for permission to operate a parking''
<br />plot at 117 E. Washington with rates as follows: 20 for the first hour, 10� each addition-;
<br />al hour, or any part therof, and the night rate being 50� was submitted to the Board. The;;
<br />Clerk of the Board was ordered to notify said company to make application for such request
<br />;according to Chapter 19 of the Municipal Code of South Bend, Indiana..

<br />This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment r®11 showing the a.wardl
<br />1,of damages and the assessment of benefits in the matter of vacation of 28th Street and in!
<br />jtersecting alleys between Pleasant Street and Northside Boulevardudder Resolution No.

<br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written remon 1:s.trances were filed. The Clerk of the Board submitted proof of publication of notices and

<br />'!benefited and damaged in the amounts shown on said roll. The Board, therefore, decides'to
