Two (2) copies of the City's Personnel Policies and <br />Procedures Manual and the Family and medical Leave Act Policy shall be kept on file and made <br />available for public inspection during regular hours in the office of the City Clerk on the Ott' <br />Floor of the County-City Building, South Bend, Indiana. <br />SECTION II. Ordinance No. 0863-08 is further amended at Section II (d) (1) Insurance. <br />to delete that subsection and replace it with the following: <br />(d) Insurance. <br />(1) Comprehensive Mayor Medical Insurance Pro~ram/Preferred Provider <br />Or;Qanization (PPO). The City shall maintain a comprehensive major medical <br />insurance program that all non bargaining employees may participate in under the <br />rules and guidelines of the plan documents. All employees receive a copy of a <br />summary of employee insurance benefits and information each year. <br />SECTION III. In all other ways, Ordinance 9863-08 is reaffirmed. <br />SECTION IV.
