<br />Irving Garnitz, 601 W. Washington Avenue, South Bend, Indiana appeared before the
<br />;Board with reference to the sidening of Taylor Street. Matter taken under advisement.
<br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2825 - 1956
<br />This being the date set, hearing was held on the resolution heretofore adopted by
<br />",the Board of Public Works & Safety for the vacation of alley north of and adjacent to
<br />:,-,Lot #10 and Lot #11 in Lincoln Plaza Addition, under Resolution No. 2825. The Clerk of
<br />the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication and no remonstrators having appear- •
<br />led and no written remonstrances having been filed with the Clerk, it was moved, seconded
<br />;'and unanimously carried that -the said resolution be fin.all adopted and the said portion
<br />of alley be vacated, The Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessment roll
<br />:covering the assessment of benefits and the award of damages to the surrounding properties.

<br />ice remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by said vacation, and the
<br />!Board further orders that notice of said hearing, together with the amount of damages a-
<br />Iwarded and benefits assessed be addressed to the property owners by publishing same on the
<br />'24th day of February, 2nd day of March,, -and on the 9th day of March, 1956 in the Soutix Bend
<br />;'Tribune, and the Record.
<br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such vacation:
<br />Lots No. 10 and 11 of Lincoln Plaza Addition and Lots No. 14 and 22 of Chicago Plaza Addi-
<br />tion.
