Jefferson Blvd. <br />Suite 400 <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Dear President Dieter: <br />The attached bill for the Council's consideration and approval will appropriate <br />$123,135 in 2010 Emergency Shelter grant (ESG) funds as part of the 2010 Action Plan <br />of the 2010-2014 Housing & Community Development Plan. As the Council will recall, <br />the proposed allocation of funds was discussed at the Community &Economic <br />Development Committee meeting on September 21, 2009 and made public for the 30 day <br />comment period beginning October 2, 2009. The Plan was also the subj ect of two public <br />hearings on October 14, 2009. <br />Should there be any questions on this bill please contact me at 235-5845.
