<br />A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held Tuesday, December 27, 1955,!
<br />at 10:00 A. M. All members were present. Minutes of the previous regular meeting and

<br />The Board first examined a deed from Portage Realty Corporation, of easement
<br />conveying a four -foot strip of land required for the construction of storm sewer to be
<br />• reentered on the property line between Lots 535 and 536, in Edison Park Addition. The
<br />!;Clerk was directed to record and file the deed of easement. Deed recorded in office
<br />of County Recorder, Book No. , Page No.
<br />The Board next considered the recommendation of Consoer, Townsend and Associates,
<br />pertaining to the review of the Fattore Contract, in line with general discussion of
<br />"settlement of contract, at a special meeting of the Board, held December 21st. The.
<br />;'matter was referred by the Board to the City Controller for the purpose of obtaining an
<br />opinion from the State Board of Accounts.
<br />Robert L. Huff, director of the City Planning Commission, being present, brought
<br />to the attention of the Board, the fact that the aerial survey of the City, under
<br />• 'contract with Clark Aerial Survey Corporation, Plymouth, Michigan, is 60% completed.
<br />Some discussion followed concerning the method of securing partial payment to cover
<br />services rendered to date.
<br />Excavation Bonds, each in the sum of $1,000.00, were examined and approved
