<br />vacation of certain streets and alleys,all in the plat of Twin City Realty Companyts
<br />subdivision of Lot- "C" in River Park, was examined and referred to the City Planning
<br />Commission for recommendation and report. I
<br />Applicant for Taxicab Driver's License, Charles R. Johnson, being present, the
<br />Board made inquiry concerning case pending in Probate Court. Mr. Johnson admitted this
<br />case had not been settled. The Board informed the applicant that until such time as
<br />case is settled, no license will be issued to him.
<br />Then appeared before the Board, Attorney George A. Schock, presenting the request
<br />of Fattore Company for an adjustment of engineering estimates in connection with overall
<br />Interceptor Sewer bid and Contract 1-C. The Board examined the request and referred
