SPECIAL MEETING <br />June 2, 1955 <br />A special meeting of the Board was held at 9:30 A. M. for the purpose of considering, <br />the tabulations and recommendation of the consulting engineer; W. S.,Moore, in the <br />matter" of the awarding of contract for the improvement of Olive Street, from the New <br />Jersey, Indiana and Illinois Railroad to Western Avenue. Mr. J. A. Bickel was absent. <br />The Board awarded the contract to Rieth-Riley Construction Company on their low <br />bid of $81,231:45, contingent upon the preparation of contractural documents and <br />the providing of the required bond. <br />There being no further business to come before this meeting, the meeting adjourned <br />at 9:40 A.
