Board member I. A. Hurwich was absent. The Board upon examining the tabulations submitted by Chas.. W. Cole & Son, Engin eers, and being satisfied all legal requirements have been complied with, thereupon, awarded contract to the Reed Construction Company for the improvement•of Eddy Street from Sorin Street to South Bend Avenue, under Cnntract No. 1. 1954 General Street Improve;- ment Program. The Board upon examining the tabulations, submitted by Chas. W. Cole & Son, Engineers, and being satisfied all legal requirements have been complied with, awarded contract to Reith-Riley Construction Company for the improvement of Sample Street, from Olive Street to Grant Street, under General Street Improvement Program.
