I. $100/300,000.00 and Property Damage $50,000.00, in the <br />9 <br />office of the Board of Public Works. <br />Contractor's Bonds, each in the sum of $1,000.00, were examined and approved <br />F for Ralph Gibson and John L. CST. Tuesday, May 24, 1955. Board member I. A. Hurwich was <br />absent. <br />The Board upon examining the tabulations submitted by Chas.. W. Cole & Son, Engin <br />eers, and being satisfied all legal requirements have been complied with, thereupon, <br />awarded contract to the Reed Construction Company for the improvement•of Eddy Street <br />from Sorin Street to South Bend Avenue, under Cnntract No. 1. 1954 General Street Improve;- <br />ment Program. <br />The Board upon examining the tabulations, submitted by Chas. W. Cole & Son, <br />Engineers, and being satisfied all legal requirements have been complied with, awarded <br />contract to Reith-Riley Construction Company for the improvement of Sample Street, from <br />Olive Street to Grant Street, under General Street Improvement Program. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 9:15 A.
