At the suggestion of Councilman, Chester Muszynski, the Board directed Traffic Engineer, E. H. Diller, to investigate the feasibility of establishing "No Parking" for either side of the 600 block of South Walnut Street, from the New York Central crossing to Ford Street. A Resolution On Railroad Crossings, undated, passed by the delegates to the I! St. Joseph County Industrial Union Council, C. I. 0., was examined and ordered filed.
