263 <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />November 26, 1954 <br />A Special Meeting of the Board of Public Works was held in the office of the Board <br />at 10:15 A. M. C.S.T., Friday, November 26, 1954, Members present were R. S. Andrysial� <br />and I. A. Hurwich. <br />The Board examined an itemized repair proposal, submitted by the Municipal Supply <br />Company, and it was the consensus of opinion that the proposal of a maximum cost of <br />$2410.85 per sweeper for repairing this equipment is in order. The Board, however, <br />directs Street Commissioner, H. M. Tomlinson, to assign his department►s chief mechanic <br />j to personally inspect the parts, as each sweeper is torn down, -in order to determine <br />I; which of the parts are to be retained for reinstallation and which are to be replaced <br />by new parts. <br />There being no further business for consideration, the Board, thereupon adjourned; <br />the time being 10:30 A. All members were present. Minutes of the previous meeting were read <br />and approved.
