CERTIFICATION -OF COMPLETION IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 2794 Certificate of Completion was furnished by Wilbur H. Gartner & .Ass.ociates,,accom- panied by Contractort-s Completion Affidavit of the contract between the City of South Bend, Indiana, -Owner, and the Niles Axcavatiog Company, Contractor, for the con- struction of the local sewer improvement on Grant Street from the center line of Indiana; Avenue to the center line of Lot 49 in Highland Park Addition, under Improvement Reso- lotion No. 2794, 1954, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for this project. i RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FINAL ESTIMATE RESOLUTION NO. 2?94 - 1954 BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that the Final Estimate and Primary Assessment Roll submitted to the Board by the City Civil Engineer or his duly authorized representative on this 18th day of October, 1954, on the improvement known as the GRANT STREET LOCAL SEWER as described in Improvement Resolution No. 2794, i954, passed by the Board of Public Works and Safety on July 6, 1954, and confirmed by said Board on August 2, 1954, be and the same is here by adopted, and the Clerk of this Board is hereby requested to give notice of the hearing of Special Benefits on said Improvement, as required by Section N.111 or 120 of an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Municipal Corporations" approved March 6, 1905.
