172 <br />Special Meeting - May 20, 1954 <br />A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was held Thursday, May 20, 1954, <br />at 2:00 P. M. All members were present. In compliance with a, request from Mayor Scott <br />received this date, Messrs. Tomlinson and Cripe were called before the Board to discuss <br />garbage collection. S. Moore, Engineer. <br />D E D I C A T I O N <br />WHEREAS, a plat with dedication of streets and utility easements indicated thereon <br />is now presented to the Board, to be known as EDISON PARK SECOND ADDITION, an addition <br />to South Bend, Indiana, and <br />This plat and dedication is filed in the records of the Board of Public Works <br />and Safety and recorded in Book # , Page , in the Recorders s Office of St. Joseph <br />County. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, that all public streets and utility easements dedicated to the <br />public use in said plat are hereby accepted and approved by said Board for and on behalf <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Contract Supplement No. 1, applying to Contract P-6, American Vitrified Products <br />Company,.
