<br />Wilbur H. Gartner & Associates, Civil Engineers, reported to the Board, Profiles,'-
<br />Drawings, Plans, General Details, Specifications, Estimates and Preliminary Improvement
<br />,',Resolution for the improvement of NORTH ELMER STREET, from the center line of Elwood
<br />Avenue to the center line of Keller Street by constructing a local sewer.
<br />The Board approved the report and passed Improvement Resolution no.2771, author-
<br />il this improvement, and the 5th day.of April, 1954, at the hour of 11:00 A. M. CST
<br />is hereby fixed as the time, and the office of the Board in said.City as the place,
<br />when and where all persons whose property may be affected by such proposed improvement,
<br />may be heard as to the necessity for the same, and all petitions and remonstrances
<br />received and the Board will, on said day, decide whether the benefits accruing to
<br />abutting and adjacent property, and to the City of South Bend, Indiana, will be equal
<br />to or exceed the estimated cost of said improvement. The Clerk of the Board is hereby
<br />ordered to give notice by two weekly publications, of the time and the place of hearing
<br />of this resolution, No.2771, adopted this 15th day of March 1954, and to be published
<br />on March 19th and March 26th.
