132 <br />SPECIAL MEETING �i <br />February 15, 1954 <br />A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was held at 3:10 P.M. Monday, <br />February 15, 1954, for the purpose of examining and passing upon the Contract Bond of <br />H. W. Hunter, Plymouth, Indiana, principal, and United Pacific Insurance Company, <br />as Surety, in the sum of $109,305.00, bearing date of February 15',­1954, and issued by <br />Dudley C. Griffith of Indianapolis, Indiana, as resident licensed agent the United Pacifi' • <br />Insurance Company. Board member I. A. Hurwich was absent. <br />The Board, finding this performance bond to be satisfactory, authorized the Clerk <br />to release to Mr. Hunter, certified check in the amount of $5750.00, submitted with <br />his bid for the construction of three lift stations and the completion of two lift <br />stations, as provided for under Contract No. 7 of the sewage disposal plant project. <br />There being no other .business to come before the Board at this time, the Board <br />thereupon adjourned, the time being 3:30 P.M. <br />u <br />1 <br />fc;-. 4, ii <br />ii <br />{ <br />�i <br />Attest: ±' <br />Clerk �� • <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />j <br />February 19, 1954 <br />li <br />A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was held at 2:30 P.M., in the office <br />I <br />of the Board <br />for the purpose of determining the Board's choice of the various items of <br />equipment to <br />be used in the Sewage Disposal Plant. All members were present. <br />i� <br />Considerable <br />discussion was first given to certain funds available for transfer to! <br />the General Fund, and the setting up of the General Improvement Fund to which it will <br />it <br />then be possible to transfer this money.
