n o <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />j RESOLUTION NO. 2163 - 1953 <br />After hearing all persons interested who appeared and the Clerk of the Board of <br />Public Works and Safety having proofs of pub�j,,j,� ation of the notices to property owners <br />and the same having been found sufficient, therefore <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, <br />!Indiana, that the Primary or Preliminary Assessmen*t Roll adopted by the Board on the <br />114th day of December, i953, for the improvement of ELLSWORTH PLACE by constructing a <br />!local sewer be and the same is in all things confirmed. <br />R. Crothers <br />!Clerk of the Board <br />Contractor's Bond in the sum of $1,000.00, binding Alfred Vannoni and Zano Vannoni, <br />d/b%a Gino Vannonl & Sons Construction, as principal, and American Casualty Company of <br />JRe'ading Pennsylvania as surety, was examined and approved by the Board. <br />r <br />Excavator's Bond in the sus, of $1,000.00, binding C. S. Randolph, as principal, and <br />American Surety Company of New York, as surety, was examined and approved by the Board.. <br />Excavator's Bond in the sum of $1,000.00, binding Henry DeWulf as principal, and the <br />!Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, as surety was examined and approved by the Board. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned <br />a t 10 : 50 A.
