A petition, dated September 19th, calling for 2-hour parking signs,to be placed �) <br />on Miami Street in the 1600,'1700 and 1800 blocks, was referred to the Traffic Engineer <br />for investigation and report. <br />1� <br />The Board approved the installation of S-T-O-P signs, as follows: <br />Falcon Street at Ford Street I� <br />Ford Street at Dundee Street <br />Olive Street at Lathrop Street <br />Farneman Street at St. Joseph Street <br />The Board approved 4-way S-T-O-P signs at the following intersections: <br />l� <br />Linden Avenue and College Street <br />East Calvert Street and Leer Street <br />This being the time set, for the opening of bids to providea portable metal or <br />rooden building as a shelter for Sanitation Department equipment, the chairman so announce;, <br />Lnd proceeded to open the only bid received, that of Armco Drainage & Metal Products, Inca <br />luoting price for one Steelox Building complete with two l0t8" x lltO" high sliding doors <br />Lt $lo68.30 f.o.b. South Bend, Indiana. Bid was accompanied by certified check in the <br />Lmount of $110.00 and non -collusion affidavit properly executed. Bid was taken under <br />Ldvisement. `; <br />Contractorts bonds, each in the sum of $1,000.00, were examined and approved by <br />;he Board for the following four contractors: <br />Lester C.
