54 <br />Application for license to operate a parking lot at`the southwest corner of Monroe and <br />St. Joseph Streets, submitted by Gertrude Chillas Hicks, was examined, approved by the <br />Board and referred to the office of the City Controller, <br />Excavatorts Bond in the sum of $20000.00, binding B. & G, Construction Co., Inc. as <br />principal and the St. Paul Mercury Indemnity Company as sureties, was next examined and <br />approved by :the Board. <br />Contractor's Bonds for Lloyd L. Barrett and Harry G. Mills, each in the sum of $1,000 00 <br />were examined and approved by the Board. <br />There being no further business to come before the meeting, the meeting was adjourned;; <br />at 11:45 A. M. <br />ATTEST: <br />C e�'I rk <br />August 17, 1953 <br />A regular meeting of the Board <br />of Public Works <br />was held Monday, August 17, <br />19532 <br />at 10:00 A. M.
