Am <br />The Board next examined and approved the following Contractorls Bonds, each in the <br />of �1,000.00: <br />Floyd A. Barrier Verlin V. Engler <br />Henry J. Fisette Stephen C. Hollis <br />Melvin L. Hibrphrey Ray J. Jones and Kenneth A. McIntyre <br />Ike K. Knutson Luther Wing Rimer <br />Maintenance Bond in the sum of `5,000.00, binding Hartman Builders, Inc. as <br />rincipal, and Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, as surety, pertaining to the <br />ermit granted Hartman Builders, Inc. to construct sidewalks, curbs and street paving on <br />ellington Street from Elwood Avenue to Keller Street, was examined and approved by the <br />oard. <br />Maintenance Bond in the sum of 83,000.00, binding Hartman Builders, Inc. as prin- <br />ipal, and Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, as surety, pertaining to the per - <br />it granted Hartman Builders, Inc. to construct sidewalks, curbs and street paving <br />n Illinois Street from Bulla Street to Keller Street, was examined and approved by the <br />oard. <br />Maintenance Bond in the sum of "�1,000.00, binding Hartman Builders, Inc. as <br />rincipal, and Fidelity and Deposit Company of 1,7aryland, as surety, pertaining to the <br />ermit granted Hartman Builders, Inc. to construct sidewalks, curbs, and street paving <br />n the north half of Elwood Avenue, from Illinois Street to lellington Street, was <br />xan,ined and approved by the Board. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourne <br />t 11:30 A.
