W. Werntz 12.99 The Board first examined a petition, dated March 18, 1953, for the improvement of ;;Fremont Street from Linden Avenue to Orange Street, by the construction of concrete 1`pavemen.t. Petition was referred to the City Engineer for investigation and report. The Board next examined and approved plans submitted by Wilbur H. Gartner & Associ- ates for proposed street improvement on Solomon Avenue, from Ironwood Drive to Chimes Boulevard. Then appeared before the Board Attorney F. Jay Nimtz, representing Edison Park, Inc1! and presenting a. dedication, and resolution pertaining thereto, whereby Edison Park, Inc.11 dedicates to the Department of Public Parrs, City of South Bend, Indiana, Lot 411 and !.i the Park Area, as shown on the plat of Edison Park Addition, which area was inadvertently! omitted in a previous dedication of certain area in the Addition to the City for park I purposes, subject to a 10-foot right-of-way for ingress and egress to a City Water Works ;1 well site and a sewer -lift station if required. The Board- approved and accepted the i! dedication,:Recorded in County Recorder's Office, Book 129, Page 229. j A petition to vacate alley in the rear of Nos. 2313, 2317 and 2321 South Ironwood Drive, from the east and west alley to Altgeld Street, was examined and referred ,to the i1 City Plan Commission for recommendation. it The Board next examined and approved Agreement and Consent to Dedicate The East • Half of Proposed Kenmore Street as follows: ! The undersigned, Pelagia.
