20. Services during out-of-town travel required of Engineer other than for visits to <br />the Site or Owner's office. <br />21. Preparing for, coordinating with, participating in and responding to structured <br />independent review processes, including, but not limited to, construction <br />management, cost estimating, project peer review, value engineering, and <br />constructability review requested by Owner; and performing or furnishing <br />services required to revise studies, reports, Drawings, Specifications, or other <br />Bidding Documents as a result of such review processes. <br />22. Preparing additional Bidding Documents or Contract Documents for alternate <br />bids or prices requested by Owner for the Work or a portion thereof. <br />23. Assistance in connection with Bid protests, rebidding, or renegotiating <br />contracts for construction, materials, equipment, or services, except when such <br />assistance is required by Exhibit F. <br />24. Providing construction surveys and staking to enable Contractor to perform its <br />work other than as required under Paragraph A1.02.A.1, and any type of <br />property surveys or related engineering services needed for the transfer of <br />interests in real property; and providing other special field surveys. <br />25. Providing Construction Phase services beyond the original date for completion <br />and readiness for final payment of Contractor. <br />26. Providing assistance in responding to the presence of any Constituent of <br />Concern at the Site, in compliance with current Laws and Regulations. <br />27. Preparing Record Drawings showing appropriate record information based on <br />Project annotated record documents received from Contractor, and furnishing <br />such Record Drawings to Owner. <br />28. Preparation of operation and maintenance manuals. <br />29. Preparing to serve or serving as a consultant or witness for Owner in any <br />litigation, arbitration or other legal or administrative proceeding involving the <br />project, if not the fault of the Engineer. <br />30. Providing more extensive services required to enable Engineer to issue notices <br />or certifications requested by Owner. <br />31.
