systems assessment, and conceptual treatment evaluation and will summarize the <br />findings in the Draft Electrical Evaluation Report. Engineer will also investigate and <br />provide information on potential energy reduction improvements including upgrading <br />obsolete utility transformers, SCADA network improvements, and evaluating <br />automation of dissolved oxygen controls and blower technology at the aeration tanks. <br />Conceptual costs (RACE Level S) for recommended improvements will be provided <br />along with a phased implementation schedule that meets the City's needs.. Following <br />receipt of Owner comments, a Final Electrical Evaluation Report will be submitted <br />within 30 days. Up to five paper copies and two archive quality digital discs with <br />searchable PDF format versions of the Draft and Final Report will be provided to the <br />Owner for their use. <br />6. Project Management and Administration <br />a. Engineer will provide project supervision, direction, and coordination with the Owner's <br />management and staff. Project administration and management also includes budget <br />and schedule control, client management support, document control, coordination of <br />activities, monthly invoicing and project close-out. Engineer will maintain a change <br />register of any scope changes affecting the project budget or schedule and review it with <br />the Owner on a monthly basis.
