1.12 "Management Services" shall mean and consist of the following: <br />a. General Management -shall include but not be limited to the conduct, supervision, <br />and management of the day-to-day operations of the Golf Course in accordance <br />with the Annual Plan and Budget, and other business plans, budgets, pricing <br />schedules, and other policies, procedures and instructions, of the Owner. <br />b. Grounds Maintenance, Course Preparation -shall include but not be limited to <br />maintenance of the Course and the landscaped areas surrounding the Club House <br />and other landscaped areas of the Golf Course all as provided in the Minimum <br />Maintenance Standards, or in other written policies, procedures, and instructions, <br />of the Owner. <br />Pre-Event Preparation -shall include the preparation of the Course for any Special <br />Event as maybe required for that event including but not limited to installation of <br />any supplemental equipment. <br />d. Janitorial Services -shall include the cleaning and maintenance of the Club House, <br />including the kitchen, locker room and patio areas, and the Maintenance Facility, <br />each on a daily basis during the Golf Season including the stocking of all <br />restrooms with paper products as required prior to the opening of the Golf Course <br />during each such day, the disposal of all trash collected at the Golf Course during <br />and at the end of each such day, the pick-up of all trash and debris from all areas <br />of the Golf Course during and at the end of each such day. All Janitorial Services <br />provided shall include all action necessary to maintain the Golf Course in a clean <br />and attractive manner and in compliance with all legal requirements. <br />e. Facility Services -shall include the operation and staffing of the Club House, pro <br />shop, maintenance facility, parking lot attendant services, security services; rental <br />of the Club House for receptions, seminars, business meetings, and similar events; <br />and the opening and closing of the Golf Course. <br />f. Food and Beverage Services -shall include the provision of all Food and <br />Beverage Services. <br />g. Marketing -shall include all marketing, advertising and promotional events, <br />activities and related literature serving to promote the Golf Course, as approved <br />by Owner and as carried out in accordance with the Annual Plan and Budget. <br />h. Membership Services - shall include the operation and supervision of the <br />Association Membership program, as set forth in the Operations Policies. <br />i. Merchandise Sales -shall include all activities relative to the sale of golf related <br />merchandise in the Pro Shop. <br />-3- <br />
